Kelly Uebel is a seasoned legal and compliance executive with extensive experience serving as General Counsel and trusted business advisor to companies operating in highly regulated environments. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance on regulatory compliance, risk management and strategic growth initiatives.
In addition to providing outside legal counsel services, Kelly offers fractional General Counsel services to companies that need experienced in-house legal leadership but may not require a full-time legal executive. In this role, she serves as an embedded legal partner to management teams, providing ongoing strategic advice, contract support, Fair Credit Reporting Act compliance advice, policy development and risk mitigation guidance tailored to the organization's needs.
Kelly remains actively engaged in the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), having previously served on the PBSA Board of Directors and as Chair. Kelly is a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota.
